CRA letters, reviews and audits, handled with you

If the Canada Revenue Agency has contacted your business, you don't have to deal with it alone. We help you understand what's being asked, prepare the right response, and follow through until it's resolved.

We can help if…

  3. Follow through

We help you respond and follow up with the CRA until the matter is resolved.

  4. Prevent a repeat

Frequently asked questions

I got a letter from the CRA. What should I do first?

Read it carefully for two things: what the CRA is asking for, and the deadline to respond. Don't ignore it. Then contact us with a copy of the letter and we'll explain what it means and help you prepare a complete, organized response.

Can you deal with the CRA on my behalf?

With your authorization, a representative can communicate with the CRA about your accounts. We'll walk you through granting that access so we can follow up on inquiries directly.

What are RT, RP and RC accounts?

They're CRA program accounts attached to your business number: RT is for GST/HST, RP is for payroll deductions, and RC is for corporation income tax. Which ones you need depends on your business. We can set them up for you.

What if my records aren't in good shape?

That's common, and it's often why a review feels overwhelming. We can reconstruct and organize your records as part of preparing your response.
